This fully mechanical canning machine for round cans was designed having in mind modern canneries where stainless steel is a must have. It is ideal for GOURMET canners (craft beer, powders-granulates, luncheon meat-corned beef, fish, vegetables, fruits, ready made meals, confectionery…) who request seaming short & medium runs of a wide range of cans.

STILL STANDING CAN SEAMING OPERATION
The main benefit of a non-revolving can seam operation is that the product inside the can does not suffer the centrifugal effect occurred with rotary seaming canning machines.
Especially problematic with products such as tuna flakes, condensed milk, sticky sauces, etc which tend to displace towards the can wall creating a hole in the center of the product & causing a strange product effect when opening the can.
Another key benefit is the use of plain seaming chucks (without grooves) avoiding the lost of lacquer on the seam walls. Working tinplate cans in tropical countries with much humidity the use of grooved seaming chucks can tear apart the protective lacquer and create rust. With plain seaming chucks you reduce considerably the chances of rust appearance.
